Use the following form to request any changes to your membership including ending your membership, pausing your membership, and updating your payment method.
Freeze your membership for $10/month and save on the initiation fee when you return!

- Freezes are a good option if you will be away from the gym for one to four months.
- Freezes “pause” your membership fees and instead charge a $10/month fee
- You cannot use your membership while your account is frozen, but you could still climb with a day pass, punch pass, or another member's guest pass.
- For family plans, this fee is charged per each frozen member.
- Freeze requests need to be submitted before the 1st of each month (per the contract). We try to accommodate requests that come in after the 1st of the month. This form disables the option to select the current month on the 4th. If you are trying to freeze on the 4th or the 5th please complete this form and reach out.
- For Monthly Auto Pay members:
- Freezes start on the billing date (5th of every month)
- You would still be able to use your membership up to the 4th of the month that you are freezing, then on the 5th your account would be charged $10 and you wouldn’t be able to use your membership.
- When you unfreeze you are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of until the next billing date.
- For Prepaid members
- This form only allows “today” and the choice of a billing date (5th of the month)
- Prepaid members can be frozen on specific days outside those choices: please write the specific date as a comment.
- Our software uses the following calculation to charge $10/month for prepaid members: the number of days frozen divided by one month (30.4) x$10 for the fee
- Prepaid members pay a lump sum at the counter when they unfreeze
- Prepaid memberships end dates are extended by the number of frozen days.
- A termination ends your membership.
- If you come back to the gym at a later date you will need to pay the initiation fee again.
- If your time away from the gym is less than 5 months, consider freezing your membership instead.
- Termination requests need to be turned in before the 1st of the month (per the contract).
- We try to accommodate requests that come in after the 1st of the month. This form disables the option to select the current month on the 4th. If you are trying to Terminate on the 4th or the 5th please complete this form and reach out.
Please reach out to us directly if your time away from the gym is related to an injury or a medical leave. We may be able to waive the freeze fee.
