May is YOGA MONTH at the PRG!

During the month of May, when you purchase a month climbing pass, you will receive a three-punch yoga/pilates card FREE! Check the schedule of classes and give yoga or pilates a try!  All classes are first come, first served. 12 maximum per class.

Cross-Training Clinics

PRG route setter, Stephen Meinhold will teach you how to effectively cross-train to maximize your climbing potential! Learn how to use exercise bands, medicine balls, and hanging rings to strengthen antagonist muscle groups and prevent injuries.
Wednesdays, May 9th &23rd.
Beginners - 6:30-7:15pm,  Advanced - 7:15-8pm.

$10 per clinic, FREE for annual members. First come, first served.

Bouldering Clinics

PRG route setter, and V11 climber, Sean Van Demark will be teaching on-going bouldering clinics every other Wednesday. The clinics wil focus on intermediate to advanced techniques and core strength training.
Wednesdays, May 2nd, 16th and 30th, 6:30-8pm.
$10 per clinic, FREE for annual members. First come, first served.
